At Pawzaa, we want every pet and pet parent to be satisfied with their order. While we do not accept returns, we offer refunds under specific conditions listed below.
No Returns Accepted
Due to hygiene, safety, and logistics, we do not accept returns for any products. All sales are final.
When Refunds Are Offered
Refunds are only available if:

The item is not as described or significantly different from photos

You receive the wrong product
How to Request a Refund
To be eligible for a refund:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

You must provide clear photo(s) or video(s) showing the issue

Include your order number and a short explanation

Review and Approval Time
Once we receive your request, our team will review the evidence and respond within 3 business days. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
